Guarantee

Thank you for the purchase of your new family member from us and we welcome you into our Labra/Goldendoodle family. We are including our health guarantee for your information and peace of mind. We have raised all our Doodles with love and care. We want you to enjoy them and love them as we have.

1.BREEDER guarantees that the above dog is an F1 or F1B Goldendoodle/Labradoodle.

2.BREEDER cannot guarantee adult size, color, hair coat, temperament or trainability of the puppy.

3.BREEDER does not assume any liability for any injury, or neglect to the puppy after delivery.

4.BREEDER warrants that this puppy has been wormed and vaccinated in accordance to its age, and both parties agree that it appears apparently healthy at this time. BUYER realizes that the purchase of a live animal carries with it the risk of said puppy contracting various vermin, bacteria, or viruses that are not in the control of either BREEDER or BUYER. Beyond the 5 day health guarantee, the BREEDER offers NO GUARANTEE ON INFECTIOUS DISEASE.

5.By Signing this Contract BUYER agrees to all terms listed below:
a.BUYER is to spay/neuter the puppy by 5 months of age.
b.BUYER agrees to have this puppy examined by a veterinarian within 5 days of delivery; if, this examination determines the puppy to be IN POOR HEALTH, the puppy MAY BE RETURNED to the BREEDER, at the BUYER’s expense, for a full refund, WITH A WRITTEN REPORT FROM THE VETERINARIAN.
c.BUYER agrees this puppy is sold with a 1 year guarantee against genetic disorders. If, after 5 days and before 1 year, a veterinarian examination determines the puppy to have a genetic disorder, the puppy may be returned to the BREEDER, at the BUYER’s expense, along with all veterinarian paperwork in exchange for another puppy of the same sex and value.
d.At no time will the BREEDER be responsible for any veterinarian fees incurred.

6.BUYER needs to be aware that a puppy is a baby and that sometimes may get sick due to stress or other related reasons. The puppy is leaving our home and entering a new environment and stress related sicknesses may occur. Proper care is a must. BUYER agrees to furnish proper care including quality food, water, shelter and veterinarian care for the life of the puppy.

7.BUYER agrees to notify Julie Lee (713-253-6669) if he/she is unable to care or keep the puppy at any time during its life. The BREEDER is given the first option to take the puppy back, or to find it a good home. No money will be refunded. Do not take the puppy to an animal shelter.
